Eligibility to Sell on AGL Bazaar
Sellers on AGL Bazaar must be registered businesses or individuals who comply with local and international laws. Sellers are required to provide accurate business information and verify their identity before listing products on the platform. AGL Bazaar reserves the right to approve or reject sellers based on our internal criteria.
Product Listings
Sellers are responsible for ensuring that their product listings are accurate, complete, and updated. Each product must include relevant details such as description, price, shipping information, and images. Misleading or inaccurate listings may result in penalties, including suspension from the platform.
Prohibited Products
Certain products are prohibited from being sold on AGL Bazaar, including but not limited to:
- Illegal or counterfeit goods.
- Hazardous materials.
- Offensive, defamatory, or harmful content.
- Products that violate intellectual property rights or applicable laws.
Sellers who list prohibited products may face permanent removal from AGL Bazaar.
Seller Fees and Commissions
AGL Bazaar charges a fee for each sale made on the platform. This fee is a percentage of the total order value, and the exact percentage will be communicated to the seller upon registration. AGL Bazaar reserves the right to update fee structures with prior notice to sellers.
Order Fulfillment and Shipping
Sellers are required to fulfill orders promptly and provide tracking information to customers. Failure to deliver products within the stated shipping timeframe can lead to order cancellations and potential penalties. AGL Bazaar may suspend or terminate sellers who consistently fail to meet delivery expectations.
Customer Service and Returns
Sellers are responsible for managing customer inquiries, complaints, and requests for returns or exchanges. Sellers must adhere to the AGL Bazaar Return Policy and provide support in a timely and professional manner.
Termination of Seller Accounts
AGL Bazaar reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller accounts that violate any part of this Seller Policy, engage in fraudulent activities, or breach the platform's Terms and Conditions. Sellers may also voluntarily close their accounts by providing written notice.
