Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Products purchased on AGL Bazaar can be returned within [Insert Return Window] of receipt. Eligible returns include:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective.
- Products that are significantly different from their description.
- Items still in their original packaging and unused.
Certain items, such as perishable goods, customized products, and digital downloads, may not be eligible for returns. These exclusions will be clearly noted on the product pages.
Return Process
To initiate a return, customers must contact our support team at support@aglbazaar.com with their order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide further instructions, including a return shipping label if applicable.
Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 7 days. If the refund is rejected, we will provide an explanation.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, AGL Bazaar will offer an exchange for the correct product, subject to availability. Please contact support to arrange an exchange, and we will guide you through the process.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items may be marked as non-returnable due to their nature or customization. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page, and no returns or exchanges will be accepted for them.
